Blood Work 4iu HGH
Results in:
13 ng/ml Reference 0-10 ng/ml
So being I did 4iu 3 hrs prior to blood draw, can I assume what i've been taking last 3 months isn't total bunk?
I've read a lot of conflicting opinions on the correlation between results and quality with some saying there is no correlation, test is only good to check if it's real or fake. Any thoughts on this or my results?

Yeah that's good for only 4ius most people pin 10ius and blood draw 3 hours later so I'd say those are good numbers

It's definitely not bunk. What you should have done is follow the correct protocol for testing GH which is 10 IU intra muscular 3 hours before...

yea not bad but 4iu is low most do 10iu it shows that you really would need at least 8-10iu a day to get any sort of muscle growth just my opinion I may be a little off Im sure there is some science to back it up

Really no science behind it first of all it's just a serum test which basically tells you if it's real or fake. The only way to tell if you're going to build muscle in the as get a IGF test done. Igf levels are what matters. Some people metabolize GH faster than others. So that test he did it really tells us nothing especially since he only took 4iu's

You need to get your IGF levels tested as well....

In my thoughts I always went with igf bloods after being same consistent dose for about 5-6 weeks

You need baseline and maybe igf. Still those numbers dont look the best. Not bunk but not great
