I'm not sure if this is the place to post this, but here goes:
I got intrigued by reading about Metformin's application in our circles...that guys have been using it and it's helped their fat loss. I just had a few questions about WHO on here has used it during cutting.
How did you use it? I'm well aware WHAT it does, and I've done some reading on it's application.
I'm thinking that it would be a great compound to use, especially postworkout with a carb-heavy meal.
As far as what I'm considering: I currently practice IF, and consume the VAST majority of my carbs post-workout. I usually only consume ~200g Carbs on training days. I'll take in some preworkout and the vast majority postworkout. I try to keep them minimal on non-training days. I'd think it would be beneficial with the carb-heavy postworkout meal (and whatever other carb meals I eat). So, I'd take it with that meal.
