Ive been advised by a coach to begin doing 5 units of humulin r post workout on my workout days. 40g maltodextrin shake with it immediately, 20min later 45g protein shake, at 60 minutes post injection rice and chicken breast.
Current cycle is 500 test e a week, started today with drol @50 a day for now, may bump.
185lbs @ 5ft 7.5in and 10 percent body fat. Looking for bulk and more recovery. Would like to hit 200lbs by april
