      humulin r post workout

      Ive been advised by a coach to begin doing 5 units of humulin r post workout on my workout days. 40g maltodextrin shake with it immediately, 20min later 45g protein shake, at 60 minutes post injection rice and chicken breast.

      Current cycle is 500 test e a week, started today with drol @50 a day for now, may bump.

      185lbs @ 5ft 7.5in and 10 percent body fat. Looking for bulk and more recovery. Would like to hit 200lbs by april

      How many cycles have you run and what were they? I'd look more to getting 6 meals in throughout the day. Insulin only works well when you eat a ton of clean food with it. It's not just gonna blow you up

      Im about 11 months from competition, but my thoughts pretty much match up to what you guys are saying.
      Ive been on trt since i was 17, began doing test cycles at 21 after a few of those i used msten/tren prohormones and while they worked i concluded the return on my investment and the level of stress on my body where not good enough. I ran test and eq next as my 4th cycle and loved it. Test tren my next two. I took a 5 month break to give my body a much longer break than usualy and just began drol and test cycle.

      Diet was 5 meals but my hunger has already skyrocketed and while 5 meals are difficult for me they are now easy and i actually feel hunger so im bumping to 6 meals. 40-50g protein per meals (breakfast i add in protein to meet the requiment along with my egg whites and oats). Carbs i keep playing with but im finding that my body responds to 350g a day well and then every few days ill do a 500 -600g intake and very high volume while sipping on 40g maltodextrin intra workout and my body really soaks up those carbs like a sponge. Fats i ensure i get at least 50g but i typically get around 80 or 90 with the amount of deer and beef i eat.

      Goal is recovery and increase in lean body mass
