Ive been running tb500 and BCP-157 daily...iv noticed a difference....I guess first knee injury/surgery I had partial menisectomy and a MCL stich...16 days ago...iv been walking and lifting light and also bench squats with up to 35#dbells...Walking gait is still off so I backed off squats and focised on walking with no limp...been improving daily...
ROM is better but still pain and stiffness...but less than 3 weeks out I would say im pleased with results...just my 2cents
