I usually split my injections when I go over two ius. In your case, you may just want to take all 3 ius fasted in the morning. Or you could go 1 1/2 fasted in the morning, and the other half in the afternoon. I would personally do the latter.

Run it during and after. How long are you planning on running it? Hgh is a long term thing. If you are expecting to see noticeable results in a few months you will be dissapointed

You need to run hgh for several months.
