      How's the PSL IGF-I ?

      Yes I am a rep for PSL but I haven't tried their IGF1 yet...but it's on order and I am impatiently waiting for it to come. So in anticipation I'm looking for anyone's input on how you like it and what dose you used and what time of day you took it.
      I'm sure it's good stuff but I can't wait to get it! I wanna hear about it now! Lol

      I've never ran there a GF however I'm going to order some this week just because I hear nothing buy good things about their products so I'm guessing there peptides are the same. As far as went to take it and how much to take it everyone has a different opinion and I suggest you try a few different ways. A lot of people like to use it 1 hour pre workout because of the amazing pumps you get from it. Some people like to use it post workout because it acts kind of like insulin and shuttles nutrients into the muscle. however after years of doing it and reading 4 hours if not days about it I think it is best to use on non workout days. Reason being immediately post workout your body releases MGF, which you need in order to grow and if you shoot igf post workout it will immediately stop the release of MGF. So I personally believe it is better to do on non workout days because it promotes healing and hyperplasia.. but definitely give it a shot pre workout just to see what the pumps are like...

      All good points thanks! I did read about the MGF release you mentioned.
      I'm not entirely sure about that tho because if you use HGH it would also increase igf .... no one ever mentions this when using HGH tho.
      But I'm not a scientist or a dr so can be wrong.
      I am currently on PSL gray tops btw. Just 2iu for now. One of the members on another forum was saying he runs PSL hgh and their igf and he sees some good fat loss only 3 months in.
      So am planning the same. 4iu hgh in the morning and then 50 to 100mcg of igf later that day.

      I will be considering what you said tho so this plan may change

      I think the difference is GH slowly raises your igf levels. When IGF lt3 is instant? And you are getting a lot of it at one time which is what I think stops the MGF from releasing but that was a good point have no one ever mentions it when it comes to HGH..
