      MK-677 beneficial in calorie deficit?

I'm asking this b/c the principle of MK-677 just intrigues the Hell out of me. Currently, I'm "cutting", in the sense that I'm running a calorie deficit (and have been for some time b/c I'm still fairly fat), and am curious if MK-677 would be a compound that would be beneficial while trying to lose fat. I realize that some compounds are better for "cutting" (hardening, drying out, etc), but I'm not really to that point.

I'm aware that it activates ghrelin receptor & makes some people ravenous, but that subsides after a while..and even with increased food intake, people still get leaner.

I'm also aware that the majority of people retain a lot of water on it, which I'm not ALL THAT concerned about. Water comes off, right? I'm not very close to being pool-ready lean, so a bit of water doesn't really hurt my feelings, presently...as long as it comes off. Just saying that I don't care if I hold some water, as long as I'm LOSING fat & keeping/gaining muscle.

The major benefits that interest me are:
      1. beneficial body composition changes
      2. better recovery
      3 improved sleep.

So, I guess I'm asking if anyone has actually run MK-677 and been able to maintain a calorie deficit, or if the hunger just makes it to counter-productive to trying to stay in a deficit.

I've kind of asked this question a few times in other threads. Thought I'd make a new thread that might catch other people's eyes to get more input.

There will be Increased hunger and some extra water retention. You can get by the hunger if you have some will power tho. It's not hard. The water retention may be a downside for some if on a cut, but the benefits you are looking for, if you get legit mk677, will
      Be there.

I'm through 8 days of mine at 12.5mg from sarmssearch and sleep has been great. I have found that 4-5 ours before bed is my sweet spot. It will help aid in fat loss as well for you. I'm currently on a cruise by switching to a cut in 4 weeks and goignto stay on it the whole time.

You'll get used to the extra water after a week or two. And unless you're competing and need to be super dry and stuff, you're fine running it on a cut. If competing might be something you want to drop a few weeks out to get rid of that extra water.

Hope that helps. For more info feel free to go checkout my log in running on it. Being as descriptive as I can.

It will keep muscles fuller and better pumps in calorie restricted diet. Better sleep, recovery etc is better, high GH and IGF-1 levels are always a plus while dieting. Keep water intake high, running a little clen, dryer compounds I didn't notice as much water when using the MK during a cut. Kept dose before bed. And ran lower dose like 12.5mg and hunger wasn't much of an issue comparing to dosing in the AM
