Just need to do the math. If you have 5,000 iu in your vial and mix it with 10cc of bac water then each cc real resents 500 iu. If you mix a 2,000 iu vial with 10cc of bac water then each cc represents 200 iu. If you mix either with less bac water then you have to do the math to determine the dose. No matter how much water you use you are reconstituting the amount that was in the vial divided by the amount of bac water you use

I should have asked this also...I am running 500 mg test E, and 600 mg of EQ, with 12.5 mg of exemestane eod, that seems to be working ok for me. I have not got week six bloods done yet. Any rule of thumb on what I should bump my exemestane dose up to if I use the hcg at 250 ui twice a week? Maybe I should have started a new thread. Hopefully I am not getting off base here. Thanks again,

12.5 mg Ed is a pretty common dose for stane

Insulin syringe, 27-29g needle. Theyre usually half an inch i think. I just push it all in. Its subcutaneous, so into the fat under the skin and not the muscle. Most people go for stomache about 2 inches to the side of your belly button. Just pinch the skin and inject. (That said I've heard of people doing it into the muscle mixing it with oils)
As for exenestane i would keep it the same unless you start getting some estrogen related symptoms. Then increase to ed maybe. These things are highly dependent on individual response so its hard to say. No real general rule

My dr is really cool. If you have med spa I highly suggest getting a trt dr from there vs an actual dr office
