Tb 500 and bpc 157
How many of you have used these to treat ligament, tendon, or joint injuries? Was it helpful? Im curious about them since my shoulder just does not seem to be getting much better. What kind of dosages and are they spot injected? Sub q or im?

Bpc 157 should be injected as close as possible to injury. Tb 500 doesnt matter IM or sub. My younger brother and a few of his friends have used both. It's not a miracle cure but they say it definitely helps. Speeds up the healing.

I just got some bpc157 yesterday and trying it out. I'm also injecting it IM in my shoulder. Not sure what to expect but running it twice a day for a total of 500mcg ed. How do you plan on using it if you get some?

What injury did it help you with? I want to get an idea of what it can do. I have a few injuries I would like to heal but it's been years living with some of them. Messed up hip, torn meniscus and something wrong in my shoulder. What protocols did you take? I've been focusing on my shoulder with the BPC and noticing the bubble wrap popping is getting better. It's only been a few days though. Maybe placebo? When did you notice it start helping?

I used BPC 157 in my quad after I slight pretty bad strain. ( you can still see part of the muscle separates ) 200mcg im using a slin pin right into were it was hurting. It add a world of a difference, I thought I was gonna be out of the gym for 4+ months , 2 weeks I was able to start going through the motions again , 5 weeks i was able to go full throttle

200 mcg once a day? How long did you run it?
