Its saying before it starts to degrade not before you use it....
Once you mix it, it is noted to refrigerate so it will slow the process down...I refrigerate all of mine mixed or dry to keep it as freah as possible..

I do too, I even keep the bac water in the fridge with it. Keep alcohol and needles in the kitchen drawer and shoot it right there in the kitchen.

I've heard several differnt ideas, but does anyone really know when is a good age to start gh, I'm 25 I don't want to fuck up my own gh prodution.

I read somewhere on here that it would be best to start using gh around 30.., which I am now so looks like I better start saving and get my hands on some haha
