      New at HGH need input

      Hey guys,

New to this forum and HGH. If you would not mind just asking for a little guidance. I've thinking about getting on HGH for a couple guys now since I am getting older (41) and gained some weight (240 now was 190). Back to gym and martial arts again but read that HGH dose may help with lower risks than anabolic.

I did not know we could buy online safely from sites listed here like AEl for $200 ish for 100 IUs. I was looking at clinics in Costa Rica ( I am from US) and they sell 30 IU for $500 but you get a prescription.

My question, how does the HGH you get from AEL and like sites compare to the HGH you get from clinics? Is it the same, generic, safe, etc?

Also, any sites, etc that I can learn how much to take? I read that up to 4 IUs a day may give results without any side effects?

I appreciate everyone's time and help!

      New at HGH need input

I'm really new here, and hopefully some more experienced members will come along that can help you. That having been said, I have done a shit-ton of research on HGH since I started here. Here is the cheat-sheet that I wish someone would have given me on day one. If you are the type to do your own research, perhaps you will find this useful. If not, it won't hurt you to read this.

Everything I'm about to say is my opinion and you should confirm or deny for yourself.

First of all, anyone here will tell you that the most important things you can do for yourself are:

1.) Educate yourself. This takes time and effort.

2.) Understand that diet and training are the two most important factors in creating a real and lasting change in your body composition. Both of these things should be on lock down before you can really benefit from the use of any of these substances.

Quite a few sources listed in the Anabolic Steroid Sponsors sub-forum offer HGH. Virtually all of the HGH available from anywhere other than a legitimate prescription from a doctor is made by a very small number of labs in China. This (IMHO) includes virtually all of the HGH that is sold as "Pharma grade" at a significant mark-up over product that is acknowledged as generic Chinese. This is not to say that you are not getting legitimate HGH, just that it is coming from China.

Basically the responsibility rests on the customer to do everything they can to confirm that they are getting what they are paying for. There are lab tests that can be done to attempt to confirm that you have legit HGH. You should research these tests and learn what they are and what they indicate.

Each Sponsor here has their own sub-forum where people who have purchased and used that Sponsor's product can post about their experiences, including those that have had lab work done on HGH. You can choose to purchase HGH from a sponsor that has a good number of recent positive reviews and lab work coming back with good results. When and if you have decided to purchase some HGH from a sponsor, you can and should get your own lab work done (if possible where you live) to confirm for yourself that what YOU have is good.

With regard to how much to take:

After having done my own research, I sort of consider 2ius a day to be a normal, anti-aging dose. I personal have chosen to run 4iu a day, split into two doses, every day for one year. Many people run much more than this. Some will suggest that you start with less than this and increase over time to try to avoid side effects.

The most common side effect is tingling or numbing of the hands. This is commonly assumed to be symptoms of Carpal-Tunnel Syndrome caused by growth in structures that come to impinge on nerves in the wrists. Some hard-core dudes just ignore that as par for the course, some people will reduce their dosage to try to eliminate the unwanted sensations. Everyone is different. One person may experience extreme side effects from a relatively low dose, while another may never notice a thing at a relatively high dose.

At a "low" dose, you should experience the various anti-aging benefits after a relatively short time "on". I believe it is generally accepted that to achieve significant growth using HGH requires the consistent use of a "higher" dose over an extended period of time - the longer the better. Also, you should not expect to be able to achieve the same results with HGH that you can achieve with AAS. AAS and HGH actually work very well together.

The metaphor I use to illustrate this concept, while imperfect, is this: Using AAS is like building a house on an existing foundation. You have to have the right foundation to support the house you want to build. With HGH, over time you can increase the load-bearing capacity of your foundation.

      Good luck.

      Hey man,

Thank you for your insight into this! I just started my research and this really helps. You knocked out a few of the concerns I had.

If you let me know what site that you recently had positive experience with that would be great! Also, any recommendations on where to get water to mix with it or you just use distilled, and do you just use insulin syringes?

      Thx!
      Mike

You can get your bacteriostatic water and insulin pins from medlabgear supply. They are fantastic to work with and sponsor the BOP.

I'd definitely recommend the slin pins. Makes dosing super simple.

Just seeing this, thanks for the recommendation! You get any blood work on before and after or just have a good feeling on potency based on results?

Nice brother I've always said Gh is compare to cake being the AAS is the cake and gh is the icing on the cake.

Nice write up judge I agree with everything you've said

Something you also need to know is everyones response to hgh will vary. Studies show that actually about 10 percent of people are complete non responders due to immediate antibody development. It also depends on how strong your hgh/igf1 axis is, as well as how healthy your liver is.

You see, there are some benefits we receive directly from hgh use, but the VAST majority of the reason we use hgh for is simply because of the increased IGF1 levels. Igf1 is the name of the game. The liver has to convert this hgh in the blood into IGF1 levels and from there the igf1 will bind to different binding proteins. IGF1 BP3 is the binding protein mainly responsible for the benefits we want to see such as tissue development. So we also sort of have to consider how much binding protein we have available. I'm just mentioning it but don't get to wrapped up in that yet. I believe different length of time being on as well as certain dosing protocols and a number of other variables will adjust bp3 levels.

This being said it's very important for you to do testing to see how well you respond. This is exactly what a doctor would do when hes trying to make a protocol for a patient. First you need baseline IGF1 readings to get an idea where you stand naturally. Then after about 3-4 weeks I would get IGF1 levels tested again to assess your response.

I'm not that big a fan of HGH serum testing because I believe the results can be manipulated or faked to easily with the product but it still wouldn't hurt to have an HGH serum test alongside IGF1 readings after 3-4 weeks.

A good responder should have at least a 100 point bump per every IU you take. No one needs to argue with me on this, just look at a few studies and you'll see that's pretty accurate. After about 9.5 ius this drops quite a bit though so i'd say it's pretty accurate up until that point. On 3-3.5ius a day of a really good generic I tested in the upper 400's ng/dl.

Not everyone necessarily responds that well, you can only go off of bloodwork to some degree. Idk, I'm sort of at a loss because I've analyzed a ton of studies and the vast majority of patients in the studies, like 90 percent plus see this 100ng/dl per IU bump, however I've also seen a ton of members bloodwork across probably a dozen different forums and it just seems so much lower for everyone else, (except myself).. so I almost don't know what to make of that. Obviously studies are done using pharma grade gear under doctor supervision, maybe members are just getting much less potent stuff, that could be the case i'm really not sure.

Point being, you want to actually test this stuff for yourself and see what its doing. When I first started taking it I was on nothing more then 200mgs a week of test and 3.5ius of hgh. I could literally "feel" changes happening. I could feel more energy, better well being, more strength, I always looked much fuller, I actually developed this pungent body odor I didn't have before, I just knew it was doing something and I knew that when I got my igf1 tested it would be elevated and sure enough I was right. Not everyone see's these signs so quickly though, but again I think it just comes down to how well you respond.

For me, I almost consider hgh more valuable then steroids. I mean obviously they need to be taken together, but after introducing hgh I just feel like it's doing so much more for me then steroids could do. It makes it so I can use such lower dosages of gear. I personally just love it.

I've used most of the name brand pharma brands like Saizen, Humatrope, Norditropin, and I've always used high quality generics like The grey tops and black tops. I personally believe if you get a really good generic it will produce the same results as pharma grade. It truly depends on the brand though, they really aren't created equal. I don't how the Chinese are doing it but I have the anecdotal results and the lab results to prove it.

Now a days I'm trying to experiment with different protocols because I do believe that over time sensitivity goes down a little. It could be due to antibodies developing or igf1 bp3 lowering. I believe the body has defense mechanisms and sometimes igf1 levels for extended periods of time will cause the body to create a few changes. I think bolus dosing three times a week or EOD dosing is a better way around this.

If you want to be on hgh for a long time studies show EOD or three times a week dosing will produce the same blood levels and results as everyday dosing and you'll remain more sensitive to the product, granted weekly dosages are kept the same. It's really a lot to experiement with but have fun with it and make sure you get some bloodwork.

After about 7-8 months I tend to stay around 5 or 6ius a day. Mostly pharma grade but i'll throw some generics in there as well. My mindset is that because it's such a long term endeavor I feel like i'm going to burn myself out by trying to use more then that now. I want to save the higher doses for when I have a much more advanced physique.
