I personally take mines at 2 am since i wake up at 7am. I do that since i feel intense sides that way. the way i see it you pulse endogenous while you sleep so,i always end up waking up from nerve pain, my next shot would be before the gym 30 mins after food. I noticed if i start trying not to eat on it ill forget and end up in caloric deficit or wont fullfill my calories. I would not eat sugars tho at all
I have monitored my sugar level many times 3hr after hgh (or right after injection) with and without food and its been very stable.

Good thread man. I was actually wondering the same thing. I usually train at 6am so I eat a 5am and I thought u needed to pin at least 1 hour before eating. Glad I got this cleared up I'll be able to sleep more now

So confusing with so many different opinions on when to take GH....It seems to matter why you're taking Gh to begin with are u using it for mass gains or the quality of life benefits? Some of the advice is like what the vets here have stated like evenly split morning and night, and others say right before training or right after....So many different opinions it makes your head spin

The half life of exogenous HGH is reported to be ~20 to 30 minutes.
However, the biological half life, that is its indirect effects, is ~9 to 17 hours.
As most people here know endogenous HGH is produced predominantly at night during the deeper stages of sleep. (Delta sleep) Stage IV.
That is why Mike312 has suggested using a split dose which works for a lot of people.
