Living a balanced lifestyle will trump any supplements you can ever take (GH included), which it sounds like you do… Don't eat like shit… Lift/do something to burn calories EVERY DAY… and you will live a long life (unless you get hit by a bus… then well… your fucked no matter how much broccoli you eat!)..
That said… I Don't think we know what the long term affects of GH really are… (like years and years of continuous use)…. Maybe it is the key to banging 25 year olds when your 60…. Hummm… Gonna order me some more GH now just in case
