I have heard from many the benefits of HGH Injections and Anti Aging? Is it really all it is cracked up to be?
Has Anyone Actual benefitted from Anti Aging properties of HGH Injections?
Iam a Big General Health Person, As far as dinking water taking my vitamins, Limiting my Exposure to the Sun Etc.. IS there ANY Miracle or Tip Out there To Stop or Reverse The ENTIRE OVERALL AGING PROCESS??

Is that What SLY is On HGH?? I know he got busted with a bunch of anabolics back in the day. Iam 32 not sure If Iam quite yet ready for the HGH experience or if I should continue simply being mindful of Diet, Sunlgiht, Water, exercise, Antioxidants Etc.

The key to looking youthful in my opinion is living a happy and relatively stress free life. Obviously impossible to do but I think stress is a huge factor.
Enhancement wise I do think growth will help, but I think my above is the bread and butter

Living a balanced lifestyle will trump any supplements you can ever take (GH included), which it sounds like you do… Don't eat like shit… Lift/do something to burn calories EVERY DAY… and you will live a long life (unless you get hit by a bus… then well… your fucked no matter how much broccoli you eat!)..
That said… I Don't think we know what the long term affects of GH really are… (like years and years of continuous use)…. Maybe it is the key to banging 25 year olds when your 60…. Hummm… Gonna order me some more GH now just in case

Joko's spot on. I also wouldn't limit too much sun exposure...don't fall for it. Sun is life.
Theres quite a few Hollywood stars on HRT, that includes HGH...Sly is one of few admitted users.
