      Carb intake while running IGF

      What’s some opinions on Carb intake while running IGF? Seeing anywhere from 50-100g carbs before lift, and after lift? Plan is to start out pinning pre workout, I’ve read so many different opinions, you really never know what to follow? If it’s active for 24 hours or more, why would timing make a difference? My main thing is keying in the Carbs. I’m thinking 50 or a lil more pre and post should be great. I’ll more than likely do this with a shake on certain days. Thanks for the help...

      Hey brother I'm thinking if you're gonna run it preworkout I would have an Intra shake with about 50g of carbs in it. Doesn't have to be fancy can be Gatorade and some EAA powder

      I was running 40mcg pre workout without any Intra about 1.5 hrs after my ore workout meal and didn't have an issues with going hypo, just skin testing pumps

      Sounds Good. I’m sure you’ve said it a hundred times somewhere else, but what where your end results on a cycle of IGF? I’ll be running Test E @ 750 per Week, and 50 Anadrol to start out, possibly ramp up to 75 start of week 2, and start with the IGF soon as its here. Bulk begins tomorrow.

      I wasn't training much during that time ,only 3 times a week. I started using right after my show , I was on 200 test c , 200mast p I went up 5lbs and maintained the same level of leanness while still on my pre contest diet
