      First time HGH

      What up Bros?
      This will be my 1st run with HGH. I’m thinking of running 4iu’s daily, 2iu’s in the am and 2 is pre or post workout. I’m also seeing to run t4 with it. Any other tips or info ? Only anabolic I’ll be running with Growth is Test. As far as duration I plan on at least a year and go from there.

      Nice man I like first thing in the am and post workout. But that seems like a good dose for a good time period. I was going to say to make sure you’re invested for the long term but it looks like you’re prepared for that.

      I guess the only tip I would give is to be patient. Gh takes time to show its effects and slmetimes that can be frustrating

      Thanks for the tip brother. I didn’t even wanna start growth until I knew I was capable of running it long term.

      That'll be a nice run. You should see really nice results 4-6 mths in. An addition I would recommend is Berberine. It will help with insulin resistance due to the hgh . Shouldn't be too bad on 4 iu's but I showed insulin resistance on 3 iu's day. The Berberine really helped me out. I love it.

      I do 3.33 IUs daily or 6.66 IUs (or 3 IUs and 6 IUs Nords) on workout days. On non-workout days, I take 3.33 IUs in the PM. On workout days, I take 3.33 IUs post-workout (I workout 1st thing in the morning) and 3.33 IUs in the PM. 100 mcg T4 daily, on empty stomach, to go with HGH.

      I highly recommend 6 months plus. I just crossed the 6 month mark, and I feel like everything is noticeably starting to fall into place. Also, if you have old injuries, they will lessen or go away. My old knee and ankle injuries from a major car accident no longer nag me when working out.
