milos had some great points, i think the thing to remember is that they are different methods that work differently for every person who tries it.
the point about every time you contract a cell it opens up for nutrients to get in and then you are driving those nutrients into the muscle is great.
but i also like the micro dosing of slin with gh to replace the insulin response that gh by itself lowers. so like 2iu of hgh and 2iu of slin per meal, probably for 3 meals
