need help combining IGF1-LR3, HGH, Insulin + AAS

So I've attempted to do research on this several times and always end up seeing peoples mixed opinions, some peoples advice getting slammed for being bro-science.. I just wanna know peoples opinions, if anyone has experience with these drugs being combined etc.
Here's a little insight into my plans, if any one has suggestions for myself that would be ace aswell. Just trying to learn as much as i can and be best prepared

Im always blasting/cruising. Been running hgh for about 2-3months at 5iu ED and have no plans on stopping for atleast a year to see how good this stuff is. Currently semi lean on a cruise, bout 150-200mg test prop per week, weighing 103kg, abs are visible, vascular, maybe about 12% body fat if i was to guess. Just started DNP yesterday for first time ever, using it mainly out of curiousity and ofcourse it sounds amazing given i can tolerate the sides and be smart about my usage. Gonna run it for 2 weeks at just 200mg ED, hopefully be a bit leaner, then is when I plan on starting my blast and first time using slin and IGF. Aiming to put on some quality mass, if staying somewhat lean is possible then why not! but fat gain can be expected hence why im wanting to get a little leaner before i start.

When I blast i want to keep running 5iu HGH, increase my prop to approx 400mg per week, run tren ace at 500mg per week. But im not sure on the wisest ways to use my IGF and insulin. i was thinking running igf at 100mcg per day. But i've also read that lots of people say combining IGF-LR3 and insulin they compete for the same receptor and the effects are actually lessened as opposed to using just one. This is where im wondering would i be best to use IGF for maybe a 3 week burst, then use insulin for 2-3 weeks and then rotate? or is this receptor competition bs and just results of poorly timed injections when combining the two?

I will give you my experience and opinion on running insulin and igf. I personally could not run them together as I am very sensitive to going hypo and really have to time my carbs pre workout and intra workout just right. I only run insulin three to four days a week pre workout. I will do igf four to six weeks at a time and during this time I do not use insulin. I know people that have and do run together but I cannot. I love them both but when I use igf I have to take in carbs before and during workout as it has a tendency to make me hypo if I don’t but not to the extent insulin will. I know everyone that takes igf doesn’t have that problem but I do. If I was you and going to start using insulin and igf I would def not take together so you can see how you feel and you’ll be able to see how your body reacts and grows or changes with each one. May want to start your igf a little lower like 40-80mcg to see how you feel. When I use igf I run it everyday. I will go IM on training days and sub q on non training days and will take it with my first meal on non training days and pre workout on training days along with some carbs. I also run growth 5 on 2 off with two weeks off every three months and have for several years. This is how I use it and everyone will do things different but this way works for me. Good luck on your venture with both and be safe.

I see no justification, and certainly no evidence to support combining IGF1 and insulin,

The notion behind adding insulin to any GH regime is helping the pancreas to cope with the constant release of glucose into the circulation which is caused by GH (this is one of the main metabolic mechanism of GH as a stress hormone). To make things simple, the GH increase glucose levels, so the pancreas needs to secrete more and more insulin to balance the glucose levels, the pancreas becomes less and less effective in this task under such overload (exactly what causes type 2 diabetic with very high carbs/sugars western diet for instance) which leads to reduction in insulin sensitivity, timing exogenous insulin helps (at least theoretically) to balance this condition. Metformin is BTW more effective for this task
IGF1 increases insulin sensitivity directly, and counteract the effect of GH on blood glucose levels, they're very synergistic in this task. IGF1 has a distinct anabolic and above all anti-catabolic impact, adding extra insulin increases IGF1 binding proteins and somewhat counter effect the IGF1, this is how the body balances itself

So there is no much sense in combining IGF1 and insulin, though I do know of more then few pros who are still doing so

Thankyou for this! And everyone else's opinion for that matter. I think I'm going to apply this train of thought just to be on the safe side by not combing insulin with the igf1.. il get some before and afters and do a post in a few months on how it all goes :P
