      HGH Log - First Time user

      My Background: Mid-thirties. 215lbs, low bf%. Experienced lifter, but no longer a bodybuilder. Normal TRT protocol is 250mg Test-C per week, currently blasting 600mg Test-C and 600mg EQ per week.

      The Experiment: I decided on a one year experiment using HGH. My goal is to cure some old injuries and test the anti-aging properties we all hear about. The gameplan is to maintain a 6IU per day protocol throughout the year, with possible blasts at 9iu per day throughout the year.

      Dosage: I started the experiment a little over a month ago. 2IU per day for the first two weeks, so avoid nasty sides. Then I jumped up to 6iu, split into three doses, for the next three weeks. Now, starting my sixth week, I'm going to 3iu in the morning and 3iu in the afternoon.

      Brand of HGH: I started with a 100IU of Auctus. Then moved to ZPTropin. I've ordered some Nord pens, and some Genotropin, and plan to use only pharma grade going forward if possible. If anyone knows a good domestic, please PM me!

      The Auctus seemed like a cheap generic and I would not use it again. The ZPTropin was packaged much better, and the hormone seemed fresher. Just my layperson's observation. The Nords and the Genotropin have not arrived yet, but I'll give a review when appropriate.

      Side effects:
      The Good- It seems like I'm burning fat more efficiently. My diet is normally super-clean, but I've been eating more, and worse, lately, but still staying leaner than before with less cardio. My skin feels younger. I think. None of the positive effects are noticeable enough to rule out placebo effect.

      The Bad- Nothing at 2iu. Once I jumped up to 6iu, I started to retain some water, hands and feet felt swollen. I started drinking 2 gallons of water per day, and the water and swelling seems to have subsided. Sleep has become very rough. I wake up every hour on the hour all night long. Nonetheless, I feel rested in the morning, and dream all through the night. So, less sleep than before, but feel better in the morning. So far, the sides aren't enough for me to feel compelled to back of to a lower dosage.

      Bloodwork: I ran my blood before I started up, and I plan to go back for another check in a couple weeks. I'll let you know how my levels have been affected after my next check-up.

      NEXT: My plan is to coast at 6IU per day for the next month. Hopefully my body will adapt by then, and the sides will go away. Once I adjust to this dosage, I'm planning to add 100mcg of T4 per day, and 20mg of MK-677 per day. I'm also planning to run some berberine to avoid insulin resistance. I don't now much about berberine, so if anyone can chime in, please advise.

      Feel free to provide any advice or critique you feel appropriate. I am a newb at HGH and would like to get the most out of this experiment, so please don't hesitate to make a suggestion.

      HI Bro, I'm 240lb, heavier than you with high BF%, I want to build muscles, how many iu one day should I use? just like you? Did the Test-c and EQ you told maybe better than HGH?

      I would suggest you read all of the HGH stickies included on this forum and do some further reading on the internet. After you have a solid understanding of the risks and benefits of HGH, meet with a youth rejuvenation doctor and see if you're a good candidate for hormone therapy.

      That said, the pro/semi-pro bodybuilders I know use at least 10 ius per day. That's way more than any doctor would prescribe, and more than I'm willing to use over a long term course of treatment, for fear of negative side effects.

      UPDATE ON SIDE EFFECTS

      After 4 weeks at 6iu per day, every day, my insomnia became worse and I began to develop symptoms of sleep apnea and shortness of breath while trying to sleep. I think the sleep apnea and shortness of breath were secondary to the water retention. Also, even though my blood pressure has stayed in the normal range, my heart rate started creeping up. Probably also secondary to the water retention.

      Last week I decided to adjust dosage. I took two days off, then restarted at 2 ius per day. I promptly lost eight pounds! Mainly water weight I presume. The side effects have also greatly diminished. The sleep apnea symptoms have been getting better each night, but still persits.

      My goal is to coast at 2iu per day for the rest of the week, and once the sides diminish completely, jump up to 4 ius per day. I know the conventional wisdom calls for slower increases in dosage, but I prefer bold adjustments, I think it helps me figure out what works for my body, and learn where my limits lie. So far, I've learned than 6iu is a little too much to jump into, for me. But hopefully the time at 6iu will help my body accept the 4iu dosage more readily.

      ADDING MK677 + T4 + Berberine

      Recap of Dosage:

      WK 1-2: 2 iu per day
      WK 3-6: 6 iu per day
      WK 7 : 2 iu per day to bring down sides
      WK 8-9: 4 iu per day

      WK 1-10 600mg Test C and 600mg EQ per week.

      CURRENT SIDES: The insomnia and sleep apneia side effects subsided after lowering my HGH dosage. Water retention is better, but there is still noticeable swelling in my hands, along with slight numbness. Blood pressure is slightly elevated. Blood glucose levels are still optimal.

      PLAN GOING FORWARD: Going into week ten, I am staying at 4 iu HGH per day, seven days a week. I am adding 100 mcg of T4 per day, in the AM, before breakfast. I am also adding 1500mg of berberine per day, 500mg x 3 throughout the day.
      I am running the MK677 at 30mcg per day, taken before bed. I plan to run the MK677 for the next couple weeks, just to see how it feels in my body.

      I don't know the effects of Test E or Test C, but I've done quite a bit of research with GH and I always have slept like a log all through the night and felt like a champion. I haven't done GH in many years, but after running IGF LR3+ CJC1295+ghrp6+Ipamorelin, I am wanting to get back into it. The last time I had GH was 8 years ago and I got it international from IP, but it seems now there is an abundance of inferior products everywhere and it's hard even to know where to start after looking at the multitude of sources, brands, generics, counterfeit Pharma pens and cartridges. I'm not sure I am even going to get back into it.
      i used to take 2-4 it a day and feel happy nonstop, content for no particular reason, and on top of the world at that does, and I slept like a baby. It could be age, or you may need to take a higher does or find another source.

      You should get an indication for the quality/effect of the GH you're using by testing your serum IGF1 levels. First sign of quality GH effect is positive effect on sleep quality

      That's funny. I just started my Jintropin I got from a sponsor. All legit fibers and serial numbers all came back good on Gen website so I assume it's good HGH. I immediately started with 5 IU's a day, split twice, once in the morning, and once before working out, followed with Slin immediately post workout. While I don't feel ANY CTS, I have gained about 6 lbs of water weight in the first week. I'm also sleeping GREAT !!!! Best sleep in a long time. I'm loving this side effect. I'm going to run blood test's in two weeks and see what number's come back. Other than that, I haven't had anything negative to say about it (HGH) so far.

      SORRY FOR THE LAPSE!

      After about two-three weeks at 6iu a day the side started to go away. I cruised at 6iu a day for about two months, then recently jumped up to 10 iu a day. I take it in three shots throughout the day, one in the am, one around noon, then one post workout. I've been mixing 1.5 ml of bacteriostatic water in each vial, and then just pulling half a milliliter from the vial for each injection.

      Almost immediately, the Carpal Tunnel flared up and the water weight came back on heavy. Sleep apnea symptom, the works! I'm not one to go slow and easy, so I just sucked it up, and now after about two weeks, I'm doing okay, but still feeling some sides.

      At 6iu I was going 7 days a week, but now I'm taking off two days a week. Usually Wednesday and Saturday. Plus, every few days I'll skip my early shots and jab a full 10 iu jug post workout, maily just to experiment.

      I've used a mix of HGH. Nords from two different suppliers, and blue tops and purple tops from two different suppliers. So far, all has been legit.

      DOWNSIDES

      My blood pressure is high. Even when I get the water under control, it's still high of normal. Blood sugar is also high. I'll be getting a full blood panel next week, so I'll know more when that comes back.

      GOODSIDES

      I've gained about 20 lbs, and lost a lot of fat. I've been eating pizza, burgers, etc., two or three times a week, which is way nastier than my normally clean diet, but I am still much leaner than usual. Plenty of the weight is from the excess water, but I can tell I'm adding on some solid LBM.
