      help with Insulin/HGH

      I've been running 5iu hgh ED for maybe 3 months split into 2 shots, both shots I avoid carbs roughly 1hour pre and post.
      AAS is currently 100mg test p EOD. 100mg tren ace EOD with arimidex usage by how I feel- this works well for me. Just playing with oral stanna 40mg per day as I've never used it either.

      I have 300iu Novorapid pen at home, never used insulin in my life and am really excited to. Been reading shitloads and seen so many opinions, so while im perhaps a week or two off starting I thought i'd make this post for anyones recomendations given my particular situation.

      I train maybe 4 days per week after work, so roughly 7pm for 90mins. try to sleep by 11-11:30. And my 2 days off work I train usually after breakfast.

      I have no idea if pre or post workout insulin is the best way to go as reviews are mixed, and best times to administyer HGH with insulin usage. From what i gathered its safer to inject post workout due to being able to feel your body and not be mistaken from a heavy set headrush as to if your hypo or not. But I read i need 5 hours of staying awake after insulin shot to be safe incase i need to eat, and staying up til 1:30 each night will be counterproductive for my results as I wont get enough sleep.

      What i've kind of planned is on evening workouts il shoot it pre at a slightly lower dose to be safe such as start with 3iu immediately preworkout along with 2.5iu hgh. And weekends when i do my big morning workouts like back and legs which can last 2 hours easily, il do it post. perhaps start with 5iu novorapid post workout and inject 2.5iu HGH with it in a seperate syringe. then later on do an arfternoon HGH shot.

      Carb intake would be a large low GI carb based meal 1 hour before PM workout,shoot slin, 10 mins later begin sippin 30-40g dextrose with bcaa added intra workout, whey shake with 20g dextrose postworkout and 30 mins later when i get home eat maybe 40g carbs from sweet potato or rice with chicken or steak.
      AM days it would be like 60g dextrose postworkout 10mins after injection with maybe 50g whey. then 45 mins later or so whenever i get home and cook a big low gi carb based meal with some meat of some sort.

      i might even increase the tren to 500-600mg per week just to help me stay a little leaner cos getting fat is easy on slin, and tren keeps me burning it off :P

      Well since having no feedback I took my first shot post workout 4iu, 10 min later 40gram carb shake. next day was 6, 60gram carb, next day was 8 with 60gram carb. tbh i felt nothing, no signs of hypo, my last shot 8iu It was maybe 2 hours after training and postworkout shake til i got a meal in. Im actually looking leaner in last couple days and dropped a kg or two. wtf haha. I got my pen from a very solid source on here, not questioning the quality and its well within expiry date with proper storage. I guess I was just expecting it to be super strong shit and have dramatic sides. Im over 100kg so perhaps that has something to do with it, maybe 10iu is a good starting dose for me. Im gonna keep it to 6-8iu on small muscle groups and around 12iu on back and leg days.

      Well man I take 15 ius post workout and I only get the start feeling of feeling hypo in the second hit mark cuz am using insulin novalin r but since ur covering the carbs why do u expect to get hypo u should feel fuller right away from first day specially if u ve been on hgh for long time actually , that's what I felt

      It's pretty common to drop weight when you first start slin. Slin always your body to better utilize the fuel you're giving it
