Sorry about my post tired I guess words were coming out wrong The rapid onset looks safer on paper but it is some kick ass peak. It does its job right now but still hangs out for 4-4.5 hours. I honestly didn't realize novalinr and humulin r hung out as long as they did thats a pain it the ass.
Look at the extra peak

By the time you have eaten it has set in. That peak is vicious. What you eat is absorbed quick and 2 hrs later I swear its like I ate nothing at all.
Again apologies for my post. Don't know where that came from

*not proffessional advice ?

Damn you must have great reactivity to insulin..or i must be diabetic lol i was looking at a mix with aspart and glulisine cause i dont even use dextrose at this point. Just some carbs preworkout and bam. I also eat alot so that could explain it. Are you also using GH, i feel that gh is a game changer in insulin protocols. Without gh i beleive id be going hypo but while on gh i dont get superhungry..just good pumps and vascularity from hell

No I dont have gh. I do shred carbs at an incredible rate naturally though. Thanks for not tearing my head off over my post earlier.
Gh is definitely a game changer from what I hear as it causes insulin resistance.
Never used GH. I don't believe in the chinese stuff and cant afford pfizer.

Theres some good chinese stuff man youll be amazed. I dont have much experience with generics but as far as jintropin and ansomone goes they have been outstanding. I have done western and european pharm grade in the past and i recall last time i tried ansomone it felt as or more stronger and i could see it in hair and skin the benefits were there. Sides were nastier too

Great information and great chart there. I was mistaken. I thought after doing alot of reading and listening to Milo's on his insulin protocols, that the Walmart R insulin was less than ideal because it lasted too long, when compared to the faster acting, and most people's preferred, Humalog. I find that up to 10 IU's post workout, I have no issue's. But when I go higher, say 15 IU's, I'm fine with my initial carb load, but I've got to continually watch as 2 to 3 hour's afterwards, it sneaks up on me and I'm low, even after consuming a regular protein and carb meal 1 hour post workout. The other day I fell asleep on the couch, woke up sweaty, heart racing, and knew exactly what was wrong. BS = 43. I quickly ate some fast acting carbs, some grape juice and even 1 glucose tab. 45 minutes later I was @ 80. My BS has never been an issue and I'm routinely under 85 fasted in the morning and under 110 - 2 hour's after eating. I'm sticking with 10 IU's for now, and maybe adjust as the HGH affects me.

My problem may be how fast I digest carbs naturally.
I can eat 150g of carbs 30 minutes later jump up to 139ng/dL and 1 hour later I am back at baseline of 79.
I got my blood down to 37 once and nearly tore apart the fridge.
It literally makes me feel like I haven't eaten in days all in one swft kick in the ass. My girlfriend even knows because I jump up and head for the fridge. I will be shaky for ten minutes and smooth back out.
I would like to see a comparison of our blood glucose levels after a meal (the same meal) timed every thirty minutes. This is probably also why I am incapable of being fat.

Milo is into short acting..palumbo if im correct is into more intermediate insulins. Personally the short acting is great but so is the R if used in conjuction with gh and if you spend lota of time in the gym and force feed
