      Well, tried slin pre-workout again tonight, and I felt great. No issue's this time finishing my workout and damm, do I look "FULL" and still vascular. I go to a small "Snap Fitness" gym, not some major bodybuilding gym, and I caught a lot of people checking me out of the corners of their eyes. I'm sure they were thinking "gear". So I know I'm changing quickly. I've never been this lean, vascular, and full before. It's like my cells are just ready to "burst". It's crazy. Great feeling. I really believe it's the slin more so than anything else I'm doing.

      Well after trying to use "slin" pre-workout for the past week, and GH post workout I've decided to go back to what I was doing, GH pre-workout and slin post workout. I've just had too many days where I struggle to get thru my workouts. I've increased carbs, tried both fast and long acting carbs, and while some workouts I can get thru ok, the majority suffer. I feel much, much, better taking GH pre and slin post. I know it's my blood sugar levels that are affecting my workouts, but nothing I've tried has really made my workouts better. I don't notice any difference in increased pumps using slin pre-workout either. In fact, I don't notice any differences using slin pre-workout other than my workouts suck. I've tried between 10 - 15 IU's. So I'm back to my original plan, GH pre, Slin post. I guess it depends on the person and how your body reacts to these agents. But what good is doing slin pre-workout (even if this increases growth) if my workouts suck ??? I have, and use, a blood glucose gage and it doesn't matter even if my readings are over 100, I still don't feel a lot of energy and struggle to finish. It's a terrible feeling. I'm not going to claim doing slin one way or the other is better, but for me, Slin post works alot better.

      You sure its the slin? I have had major issues with workouts on gh..pains lack of energy and a depleted feeling with locked joints.

      I'm fine working out taking GH prior. No issues whatsoever. I can't say I notice any real differences. But if I take slin prior to my work outs, I struggle to get thru them. I just lose my "get up and go" and struggle to finish. I feel like I'm just going thru the motions, but not getting much out of it. I've tried taking alot of carbs to ensure I avoided low blood sugar, but than having a lot of liquid in my stomach doesn't feel good or help either. I'm fine with Slin post workout. No issue's. So for me, I'm doing GH upon waking up in the morning, and GH pre-workout. Than I take my 10 - 15 IU's slin post workout. This seems to work best for me.
      I'm getting close to starting my 3rd week of GH. I'm going to schedule blood testing next week. I'm hoping for some decent numbers. While I still have never felt any type of CTS in my wrists or stiff finger joints, I am sleeping the best I have in year's, getting 8 - 10 hour's of deep sleep. I've also put on weight, while reducing body fat. So I'm pretty certain this GH is at least real, although the blood tests will let me know how good it is. I'll definitely post my results soon.
