      Confused about HGH Dosing for Muscle mass?

      Hey brothers. I’m really confused about what the correct dosage of HGH is for maximum muscle mass. My goal isn’t really to get lean, but for a lot of PERMANENT mass.

      4ius?
      6ius?
      8ius?
      10ius?

      Which dose is best for muscle mass, and looking like a beast? I’m going to be using pharma grade HGH. (Serostim level)

      Please be realistic about the dosing, brothers. I've read online about people saying 4-6ius is perfect, but when i look at their profile pictures, they look like Dylan Gemelli lol although when I look at someone like Rich Piana who used 10ius....well yeah, you get the picture.

      Anyways, I'm wanting a realistic dosing for muscle mass. NOT fat loss or anti-aging. Those are useless to me.

      A brother from reddit told me something very similar actually. So, it seems like people on the internet just come up with these low dosages to save money haha. Can't say I blame them though, this shit is expensive...but hey, permanent gains sounds pretty good to me.

      Also, what dosage would you recommend with Insulin? Along with a good carb + dextrose protocol? I will likely plan on running Humalog.

      I agree with G. If you want to get freaky huge with gh then 10+ius would be the way to go. As well as using slin granted you’re knowledgeable and comfortable enough to use it safely.

      And since you’re asking how to use slin I suggest you do some more research on it so you fully grasp how to use and utilize it properly

      I've actually done quite a bit of research on Insulin, but defiinitely not enough to come up with a protocol on the spot. From what I understand, you need:

      *to consume 10g of glucose (dextrose) for every 1IU of Humalog you inject.
      *consume a safe amount of carbs (200g in my opinion is safer) SLOWLY during the 6-8 hours it is active in your system.
      *since i'll be eating a lot of carbs, the HGH should block a good amount of extra fat gain
      *do NOT fall asleep while this is active, or you are just asking to wake up in the hospital. gonna have to man up and stay awake during it's active period
      *have fast acting carbs on hand such as Gatorade or Haribo gummi bears + 150g of dextrose mixed in water
      *it's optimal to take it only on workout days, and i believe it doesn't matter whether its pre workout or post
      *consume dextrose IMMEDIATELY, but consume carbs SLOWLY during active time
      *Insulin is not dangerous so long as you ACCURATELY dose it, and ALWAYS follow proper Carb + Dextrose protocol

      I definitely take this stuff seriously, your life isn't something to give up easily like that. I've got a waifu bro, love her too much to not research Insulin and just half-ass it. Although we all have one thing in common, and that's to get big. Some of us are willing to use Insulin to do that, some of us aren't. The brotherhood has all sorts of people, haha.

      I usually run around 4 iu's on a cruise, and 10+ on a blast. I have never ran slin. Make DAMN SURE you know what you are doing before you use it. It can kill you graveyard dead if you screw up. I have studied over and over on slin use but just haven't taken the plunge. I might this summer.

      Well the 6-8 hour would be applicable if it was humulin R. Humalog has a onset of 15 minutes and peaks 30-90 minutes after injection with a duration of 3-5 hours.

      So in order to make a protocol you’d have to first figure out what type of slin you can get your hands on.

      Also the 10g per 1iu is a guideline however some people can use less and others have to use more so it’s really trial and error.

      Well personally I like to time everything so u utilize the window and keep things in line with what the slin is doing.

      So for humalog I’ll pin my dosage. wait 5-10 minutes and then drink a shake consisting of 50g whey isolate protein and 75g karbolyn and head to the gym. On my way to the gym I’ll drink my pre workout. And during my workout I have a intra workout shake consisting of: EAA’s, BCAA’s & fast acting carb (either cell tech, Powerade or iso carb from man sports) and sip on the intra workout shake throughout the entire workout. I’ll have glucose tabs on deck just in case I need a little extra kick or for the ride home after my intra workout shake is finished.

      If you’re going to pin slin post workout then I’d do something similar timing wise except have a whole food meal consisting of: egg whites or chicken, jasmine rice & a serving of fruit with a drink mixed with EAA’s, glutamine & creatine. 2 hours after that meal I’d have a meal of chicken, tuna or egg whites with sweet potato and some broccoli.

      Even if you don’t run slin post workout I’d still use that same meal set up for the post workout meal.

      I didn’t write of measurements of food because that will be based off of your diet and macro allotment as well as what your metabolism can absorb and digest

      I will be doing a log next month on insulin high dose gh..just deciding on gear so far, also i found the whole dextrose thing useless for me. I keep gatorade in hand but mostly i consume low dose mod6 carbs and pepto pro protein during workouts. I just consume carbs during the day and protein during workouts and never gone hypo at least while on gh..the only issue is that i dont like generics so its expensive.
      Slin will give you the nastiest pumps and strength
