      HGH dosage and IGF-1 levels

What’s up gentlemen and ladies, I’ve been on a long (expensive) journey to run GH. After 2 failed attempts with bunk GH I’ve finally found some legit stuff. I’m currently running 5iu’s/day my baseline IGF-1 levels were 175. My latest labs had my IGF-1 at 477! Yassss! Finally!

I often see post about how many iu’s are necessary for anti aging effects vs. mass building. With answers ranging from 2iu’s for anti aging and up to 10iu’s for building mass. My question is how does this all correlate with IGF-1 levels. My TRT doc told me I needed to be in the 300’s to start seeing effects. Now I’m assuming the 300’s are for anti aging/ fat loss. What kind of levels would we be looking at for building mass?

I know we talk about sides like bloat and CTS. What about the other more serious sides like organ growth, jaw growth, and cancer. Do higher IGF-1 levels put you at higher risk for the serious sides?

With my past experience with bad GH I think we throw iu’s out the window. Because stronger GH will provide higher IGF-1 levels with less iu’s. So what is the sweet spot for desired effects with IGF-1 levels?

      Any and all input appreciated!

Were your doses split up through the day? Do you plan on going higher? Have you checked blood sugar at that dose recently? If u don't mind me asking what brand gh u running?

I don't know if IGF levels can be quantified quite so easily because we are all different and some people will respond better to growth and IGF, additionally the age factor comes into play. For instance, if someone is 25 and running 5iu's/day of HGH their results will be significantly different than a 40-50+ year old running the same dose.

I will say those numbers are great though, TMR. If you don't mind sharing, whose HGH are you running?

I haven't run growth in a while. I quit because, like you, I got tired of being burned and spending a fortunate to get bent over. I swore HGH off.

For the first time in over five years, I am back on. Just did my first inject with Supertropins last night.

IMHO 5iu's per day of quality growth for at least six months will certainly provide LM growth and significant physique changes. I have seen posts in the past on other boards of guys claiming to run 10 to 20iu's per day of growth, and that you had to do that much with slin to really grow mass from growth. I call BS.

I think they are either trolls or getting significantly under-dosed/bunk growth. HGH forms synergy with a cycle, enhancing its effects and building new muscle cells. But there has been research studies showing that HGH administered without test provided underwhelming results. Basically, the growth will create new muscle cells and grow existing ones, but AAS is needed in addition to really turbocharge the muscular growth. Or restated, the AAS are the cake, the HGH is the icing, and slin is the oven. They all work together.

To respond to your second post, you've been running great IGF numbers for two months now. What changes have you noticed? If you extrapolated that three times over, i.e. 6 months, would that be an acceptable amount of growth for you?

Growth compounds are like wine, they get better with time. So, to be fair it is just getting really ramped up in your system.

Personally, I would keep going at this IGF-level for the next four months. At that point, six months in, you would have a quality baseline for how you personally respond to 5iu's/day of pharma-grade growth as well as what IGF-levels of 477 will do for you.

Hold it constant to provide an accurate scale from which to judge. Then, moving forward you can tinker and then know what to expect. This would be my approach anyway for what it's worth.

I would be very interested in your results over the next four months, cumulative 6 months, at that blood level, brother. Please post up and keep us updated! And good luck with it, man!

This is what I’m talking about BB! Thanks for the response. I have no problem sharing that I’m running greytops from TP. From what I’ve heard you’ll be very happy with the Supertropin and have similar results.

You touched on exactly what I was getting at which is iu’s isn’t as important as IGF-1 levels and how many iu’s it takes to get you there.

My history with GH is a little more in depth than just some bunk GH. I had a friend from another board helping me so I started with the bolus method. I was pinning 10iu’s all at once 3xweek. Same GH (thegreytops). My IGF-1 levels went to 275 which at the time I was still thrilled about. Then I busted my ankle, got surgery... dropped down to 2iu’s/day. Once I was cleared I started on the 5iu’s/day and I’m not splitting it. Pinning sub Q right when I wake up. Got labs and I was at 477 from the 5iu’s

I busted my ankle in Oct. went literally 60 days without lifting. Was running TRT test dose and I only dropped 12lbs. I attribute that to the GH.

Now at 2 months with IGF-1 at 477 I’m noticing I’m sleeping great. Hair and nails growing like crazy. Skin is noticeably better. I’m making nice lean gains but I’m also back on a nice blast. I’m excited to see what I see after 6 months.

I’m curious though on guys running 10iu’s is their IGF-1 over 1000? If so what does that elevated IGF-1 do to the body?

I’m running 4 iu supertropin split 2 am/pm. I’m fairly New to hgh as I’ve only ran it once before at same dose for 5 months. I’m also very curious about higher doses hgh and the effect difference from 4-10iu. I noticed great results at current dose as far as better recovery, fat loss, hair and nail growth it’s hard to say if muscle growth has happened cause it’s such a slow process and I’m constantly running cycles. Glad you’ve had good results with the greytops as well
