    Thread: 1 Week DNP/Slin/T3 run

      1 Week DNP/Slin/T3 run

      I am currently 243lb in between 11 and 10 percent BF. I plan to do a DNP blast coupled with Slin and T3. I also plan to throw some GW-501516 in the mix so I have more energy. On top of that I'll be pinning Helios into my lower abdomen in the morning. My Protocol looks like this.
      1-5 Days
      600mg DNP Split into 3 separate doses
      10iu Humalog Pre W/0 with 60g(White rice) of carb and 40g(dextrose) of carb intra W/O and 100g(Cereal) carb post.
      60g protein prior to gym 30g after, with another 260g from lean beef (eye of round trimmed).
      Day 6 No DNP, 25mg to 50g T3, no Slin. Will go high fat low to no carbs. Keep protein moderate.
      Day 7 Water Fast
      All days will use 20mg of GW-501516

      This is DNP Crystal. I have had more than a few runs with DNP. I've even want up to 1500mg one day, which has me in a cold shower, mainly due to i was killing some simple carbs during that day. I will post before and after pics. For those who are not familiar with Helios, it is a clen yohimbe mix which is used for spot reduction really. I will start this as of 19 Feb. I have a powerlifting comp the week prior, and don't want DNP kicking my ass during.

      DNP Slin and GW & T3 is a great combo. Two uncouplers that are synergistic (GW helps DNP sides a lot), slin to shuttle nutrients for the workout and allow protein synthesis to restart, T3 to keep energy and metabolism high, good stuff.
      If you have the budget, throw some inj L-carnitine to increase lipid shuttling to the mito where DNP will burn it off.

      How has your exp been with GW?

      So so really, I don't know if it is dosed correctly though. Never had an opportunity to run it while on DNP.

      How many days from end of Cycle and comp ?
      Curious to know what your end weight goal is and what weight class you wanna compete in .

      As far as weight class goes, I am currently at the very top of the weight class which is 110 kilo/242 lbs. I am between 10 and 11%, main goal is to get around 230lbs at around 7 to 8% body fat. Experimenting with this blast to see how much BF I can drop in a week, while preserving muscle. Also competition is on a Sunday due to being heavier. Will start protocol the next day (Monday).

      Day 1
      I weighed 237 this morning, probably because the day b4 I frontloaded 800mg of DNP Crystal to counteract the cheesecake factory I had after my powerlifting competition. Also killed a lot of sour gummy worms during my competition. Goal is to get below 230lbs. While maintaining my lifts if not increasing. Cruising on 250mg of test during. Also taking orlistat during meal with fat Monday through Friday.
      Totaled 1603 at my competition with a wilks of 432. I don't Deadlift and was able to pull 600 at comp. And haven't DeadliftED since I starts my cut from 275, and 600 is a more than what I expected. Might start implementing Deadlift in my programming.

      Weighed 1lb less this morning. Cruising at 600mg. Sweating my ass of this morning and I've only taken 200mg so far. Workout this morning was a struggle, after every set felt like I ran a marathon. Keeping fats low to none, gonna have sushi today with some orlistat. Hopefully don't sweat too much.

      Switching 1 dose a day of 400mg, the sweating in class is driving me crazy. I don't know what's killing my workout though, the t3, or the dnp, of the hellfire eph.

      Been cheating more than I would like. Still keeping a relatively low BF%(just under 10) will post results after Sunday Water Fast. ALSO stopped use if T3.
