I've started using IGF1 LR3 IM in biceps btw, hopefully it helps them as they are way lagging most body parts ( never trained them much in isolation and it got worse following tendinitis in both forearms). IM seems to bring a stronger effect than subq, this cycle at 40mg preworkout but will probably increase a little next cycle.
Need to read more about insulin, a little risky but good to have another weapon that doesn't mess up with HPTA.
Are gains from Insulin long lasting ? HGh has a good rep in this regard, talked to a guy at the gym today I hadn't met for several weeks. Besides him looking quite good, i used to be surprised at how many sets he would do with very little rest - i'm not sure how he worked out today but he seems to have melted in those few weeks - i'm guessing he's finished an aas cycle and it isn't going great. Are similar losses common when discontinuing Insulin ?
