I do, but only because I intend to use the entire vial within 2-3 days while refrigerated. This is why getting kits of 100mcg vials are ideal.

What is the advantage of acetic acid over bac water?

AA makes it have a longer shelf life.
Bac water is shorter. If you look it up. People will spill shelf life numbers all over the place so watch out for some of the meathead responses on other forums.
I used bac water. Had no issues. Worked good.

By my experience I used mine within 20 days. So that's all I have on that for a timeframe.
