      I’d use slin. Mk677 gave me higher fasting blood sugars. Working on bringing it down now

      Metformin works fairly well with MK677 and will help with elevated blood sugars and increasing insulin sensitivity.

      I would not bother with Lantus unless the Metformin does not help much.. with the Lantus you can't time your insulin spikes. I like shorter acting insulin so I can time my macros and diet around the spike in insulin (I think there is more chance of getting fat using Lantus). however, I do like Lantus as my base insulin for DNP usage. When your running DNP you really need to be running insulin, and of course your not going to be getting fat with DNP in there
