      HGH Prolactin and thyroid

      Hi

Do you guys have problem with your Prolactin levels while using HGh ? If so how do you deal with it ? I'm reading about it and caber seems to be the go to product, but it harms IGF1 levels, strongly depending on the dose.

i don't have base levels, but have been using some HGH before christmas and non stop since early january. On january 10th i had PRL @10.89 ng/dl range 2.64-13.13 and on feb 22nd @12.77, at the very top of the range. i've used Clomid between the 2 tests @25mg eod which apparently moved my test and e2 levels quite a bit but PRL levels might have been moved by HGH, there were slightly high on the first test already.

Besides about HGh and T4 supplementation, i asked the hospital to check for TSH levels, hoping to get detailed information about T3 and T4, but the test just came up with TSH 1.983 uUI/ml with a range of 0.49 to 4.91 and apparently it's better when TSH is below 2.5.
Does that sound right to not touch T4 if the TSH looks good ?

Thanks in advance for all input

Well, Clomid appears to increase prolactin, just saw a study that mentioned 1.22times, roughly what i experienced between the two blood tests. So could come from that. Have been using TB500 and IGF1 LR3 in the meantime as well, so will keep on monitoring, see it shows in the range on the next test.
Any idea if such levels need to be treated ? Might get some vit B rather than caber and take some until the next blood test.

Check your free t3 and t4 beforehand.

Well, when visiting the endo who prescribed the blood test, i had the interpreter (not a professional one) show him a picture of US lab results, including TSH, T3 and T4 levels. I was quite happy when he said they had that test available but at the end only TSH came out, so from little experience there i'm afraid that's all that's included in their thyroid panel. Tried to get free T for instance but that's not available there, only total T, the doctor doesn't seem to mind prescribing the tests but only offers the panels available in that hospital.
Will need to check mrs bloods from another, better hospital, see if she got more details on her thyroid tests. Looking for IGF1 levels as well, which were not available where I tried.

Anyway if TSH levels are well within range can someone be needing extra T4 ?

FWIW I took small doses of T4 when starting Gh and didn't like the effects, but from the same blood testing, it appeared 25mg clomid EOD has apparently messed up quite a but my E2 and PRL, will probably try to manage better Test/E2/prl before messing with the thyroid

      I use hgh 5iu a day, I also use t3/t4 50mcg of each or 100T4 and 20T3.

I haven't had no trouble bouncing back after stopping thyroid when I lower hgh to 3iu during trt cruise.

My Dr is checking TSH and t4 free in August

If i have GOOD QUILITY HGH
      I can't stay awake at 5iu a day dose split into 2.5iu x2. Without the extra t3/t4 I add!!

Another symptom of low hypo-thyroid is carpal tunnel syndrome and edema

Also when I use tren or deca any other Nandrolone with hgh 5iu a day I get prolactin sides.

My symptoms are irritated lack of sleep and energy. Limp wood, can't get off.

It get wood but has no sensation or feeling and goes limp.

      I use cabar at 0.5mg @2Śwk
This dose has no bad sides and works for me!!

As far as lowering IGF, if we using hgh our IGF will likely be plenty high enough.

And everything we use causes a side somewhere. It's important to value which is more important.

An example I will use is I am on TRT. I blast and cruise. I use nolva at 10mg a day with masterone and proviron and try not to use an AI (adex, letro, Aromasin)
I realize that AI's harm me especially if using too much more than my gear.
Lipids are better for me this way.

      Thanks bro, good info !
I already thought of using T4 if feeling lethargic from GH no matter the TSH test result. Sleeping deeper than usual now and need a nap if i sleep less than 8 hours (just waking up from one btw), but other than that not quite lethargic yet. Will keep in mind the other related side effect.

About nolva, proviron and masteron, is that what you use while blasting or cruising ?

I use for estro control when I blast and on cruise I stop nolva and run lower proviron and mast with TRT dose.
