It works best after working out so u use pre-workout preferably in a.m.
Use pre-workout in am is best because it takes 3.5 hours to peak and by that time it's working at peak after your workout.
If we sleep all night fasted we will be most sensitive to insulin in a.m.!!!!
I use 2.5iu first thing in morning.
I take my dump, get dressed and walk out door with protien low carb protien like 2grams carbs.
I am hitting weights and done with workout by this time muscle cells sense hgh present and signal liver to produce IGF.
It's released makes it to cells!!!!
When workout is done hgh is at peak IGF released and cells sensitive to insulin!!
We eat protien and carbs after workout!!
And it works best! Because insulin is welcomed by our cells from carbs after workout!!!
Hgh release causes prolactin and cortisol to rise. These levels highest in morning so another reason best time.
To dose twice a day, in morning A.M. before workout best. Then afternoon. These are the two times cortisol is highest and hgh works best.
At night good for healing and fat loss but not eating and having effects of insulin after peak will not be as affective for growth!!!
It works either way, but best as described!
Also we do still make hgh on 2iu a day dose on our own yes indeed!!!
So don't shut it down by using at wrong time if we chose a 2iu low dose that will be done and over with well before we go to bed!!!
Biggest release for healing is at night!!
Our body is designed to heal and provide normal growth from hgh release.
But we use it to manipulate more growth and get most out of expensive hgh we administer. So I am smart about it!!!
This is my 2cents i have read researched and learned. In morning after workout its hard to stay awake from this great affect I have had to add t3 for metabolism to keep up shuttling enough to provide!!
