Thoughts?
Wats up!! Ok so after doing quiet a bit of research im thinking about running hgh with test. So it would be 2iu gh before working out ed and 500mg test e a week. I have seen some say first thing in the am but i have seen more ppl saying its beneficial before working out! Im still a couple weeks out before i pull the trigger on switching just trying to see exactly what your thoughts are!? Thanks for looking. P.s i cant spell for shit so sry in advance

Run it at night before sleep..2iu of good gh is going to be beneficial, if youre doing generics might want to do a tad bit more otherwise i see nothing wrong with your plan

this is going to halt your production of endogenous HGH. your better off running a GH secretagogue at night , this will keep your endogenous production going and provide multiple pulses of GH at night. why waste your exogenous HGH. Save your HGH and run it in the morning and pre workout.
what I do -- I wake up and take an HGH secretagogue or GHRH like hexarelin. this is going to give me a pulse of GH. then about an hour later, when my blood serum levels are elevated with GH from the natty pulse , I take 2iu of exogenous HGH, which then goes to the blood stream and amplifies my levels even more and carries me for several hours.
I do the same thing later in the day pre workout with another 2iu. and again at night but only using the secretagogue.

I like ipamer and grf 1-29 too
And MT2 diff gives more than tan!!

Fuck it! Experiment and see what works best for u! Try it pre workout for a few weeks then switch it to am, then switch it to pm if u want... personally, i dont think it will matter to much but its just my opinion...for me, i run 2iu am as soon as waking and 2 iu 30minutes before bedtime, i like this the best

It works best after working out so u use pre-workout preferably in a.m.
Use pre-workout in am is best because it takes 3.5 hours to peak and by that time it's working at peak after your workout.
If we sleep all night fasted we will be most sensitive to insulin in a.m.!!!!
I use 2.5iu first thing in morning.
I take my dump, get dressed and walk out door with protien low carb protien like 2grams carbs.
I am hitting weights and done with workout by this time muscle cells sense hgh present and signal liver to produce IGF.
It's released makes it to cells!!!!
When workout is done hgh is at peak IGF released and cells sensitive to insulin!!
We eat protien and carbs after workout!!
And it works best! Because insulin is welcomed by our cells from carbs after workout!!!
Hgh release causes prolactin and cortisol to rise. These levels highest in morning so another reason best time.
To dose twice a day, in morning A.M. before workout best. Then afternoon. These are the two times cortisol is highest and hgh works best.
At night good for healing and fat loss but not eating and having effects of insulin after peak will not be as affective for growth!!!
It works either way, but best as described!
Also we do still make hgh on 2iu a day dose on our own yes indeed!!!
So don't shut it down by using at wrong time if we chose a 2iu low dose that will be done and over with well before we go to bed!!!
Biggest release for healing is at night!!
Our body is designed to heal and provide normal growth from hgh release.
But we use it to manipulate more growth and get most out of expensive hgh we administer. So I am smart about it!!!

What hgh protocol would u recommend for some getting up at 5am training at about 7pm & going to bed about 10pm?

That is what I do. Adjust your times or hgh and what not!
I get up at 4:15am
I TAKE ME MY CHOICE t3/t4
Dose or mix depending on availability I grab
T3/t4 50mcg of each
Or t4 100mcg But I like some t3 in there.
I prefer a mix of 20mcg t3 and 200mcg t4
And I add 25mcg more t3 on a cut
Back to your question.
I take thyroid product and
Hgh 2 to 2.5iu right away when I get up
Then I go take dump get dressed
By 5am I am mixing protien I use
Whey iso 50 grams with 4 net carbs for those 2 servings
I take my orals if any
Usually 10mg Cialis and Proviron and Any other I may be on.
I drive to gym
5:30am hitting weights
If i add IGF I won't use till last 15 minutes of workout and when I do it's 30mcg bilateral 60mcg total DES or lr3.
Receptor open and ready at this time. And liver also producing IGF muscle cells sensing hgh presence.
Done workout at 6:30am I am eating high protien meal with carbs
Approx 6-7 eggs oatmeal and maybe a piece of toast.
At around 4:30pm I use another 2 to 2.5 iu hgh
Being fasted 1 hour before and after an hour. Then eat dinner in my case at 5:45pm
I use generic hgh I stick with the ones that test currently good and that I have trust worthy relationship with supplier!!
I can tell hgh if it's good with no test by healing, pain free, head ache if I wait too long to eat after like 2 hours instead of 1.
Also I learned I don't get water retention and edema at 5iu a day of good generics.
Carpal tunnel last a few weeks after starting and as gets better I go up to 5iu a day!
I get leaning affect with heavier body weight and it comes effortless compared to no hgh!!
Sure t3/T-4 helps but without it I literally fall asleep after work out during peak of that first dose around 3.5 hours after without taking some t4 or.....
Poor quality hgh!! I get welp right after pinning it goes away but is there with redness for a bit!
Poor quality has given me edema in hands and water retention all over.
This edema swells hands at night mimicking carpal tunnel syndrome. It hurts so bad have to wake up at 2am and walk around to relieve edema fluid in hands then pain subsides!!!
Good hgh I get a normal bearable carpal tunnel syndrome that I adjust to and my elbow tendons also ache at times!!!
The leaning affect is obvious from quality!!
