Do you mean 5ius or 5 mgs their is a big difference since being new to gh I would start at 5-6 ius I assume that's what you mean and start low and work your way up so CTS doesn't get to bad.

I meant 2.5 IU, like another poster suggested here in this thread

Yes I meant 2.5 IUs.
I dont why but I am having a real hard time understanding how IU and mg work. I am mixing it right though so its okay for now. I've b een taking 2.5 IUs for almost two months and its helped immensely. I probably wont go above that.

HGH distended belly from 5mg HGH?
Note to OP:
HGH dosing and conversion can be very tricky if not difficult for some to figure out.
Rule: 1mg = 3iu.
Dose accordingly. Adding bacteriostatic water changes that a bit but the adjusted math will account for that.
Distended gut is moreso a result of *the carb intake required for insulin usage*. Many people use too much insulin (potentially fatal), and as a result won’t optimize their gains through precise insulin & carbohydrate intake. Yes, calories are responsible for weight (fat) gain but carbs specifically distend the midsection.
Regarding the blood glucose, under optimal conditions (i.e. not already at risk for or have diabetes) then there isn’t particular reason to be concerned with blood glucose levels before daily intake of 8iu of pharma GH. After 8iu, which is a lot and usually puts you squarely in Physique Model contention, the insulin comes into play.

I thought it was from your intestines growing from the hgh? And will also push belly button out also.

Also guys something that I was facing was stress. Not even talking a major situation in life but maybe a few small things that add up and you don’t realize. Your brain is directly connected to your digestive system. Hence the reason people get sick when they’re anxious and such. This could be a reason to the bloat so make sure you’re digestive system is 100% man.

Hi mate, just wondering how would you have any idea he is taking insulin and HGH? I've always wondered what a cycle would look like for a guy like Calum

I say this as a pharmacology & hormonal specialist with my clients (athletes, bodybuilders, models, gym goers, etc.) because I know what to look for in a physique. Calum's look is very, very common with skilled users of HGH and insulin. Dense, full, ripped muscles albeit lacking water. No less than 230lbs. The ability to manipulate size very quickly due to extra carb intake (sugar) and nutrients being pushed into the muscles -- not water & fat between the muscle and skin -- is a tremendous advantage for muscle growth and/or volumization. Make no mistake: he definitely eats his cheat meals (as posted on his social media, for example), yet can keep metabolism high and stay lean from HGH, insulin and T3 at a bare minimum.
