I feel the same way. I guess TB500 also has very potent healing properties, and supposedly has great synergy with BPC-157. My body has endured so much abuse, and at 38 I need every edge I can get.

Happy to report that just shy of a month and I am 99% pain free. I have not worked out at all recently to aggravate my shoulder or tricep but they would hurt anyway.
I am amazed.

I've seen diff dose recommendations all over the place saying this or that. Even suggesting loading doses. Jw what r you guys using?

I use 500mcg twice daily in my wrist for tendinitis. Works great

Noticed a difference the first day. I started last week and pain is almost gone. I'll probably do 500mcg 2x daily for another week then 250mcg 2x daily for another 2 weeks or until pain is completely gone. Plan on trying it with my patellar tendinitis when I start lifting heavy again in August.

Started BPC157 two days ago, about 2 weeks after Rotator cuff impingement, pain is barely there 400mcg a day. Great stuff !
