I took my 1st shot of BPC 157 (250mcg) yesterday afternoon. I had forgotten what it was like to be able to sleep without pain and got up this morning a new man. No pain, full movement, etc. I rarely think things can work this quickly but even if its all in my head, I'll take it.

Where are you injecting/are you using it sub q or IM? I just got some a few days ago for my wrist and shoulder. I don't know how I feel about shooting into my rotator cuff IM tho.

I'm hitting all 3 sides of the delt with a slin pin. I was a little cautious about it too believe it or not but its no big deal. What I have read said the best relief is if you pin within 4 inches of the injury.

I'm now day 4 and although I get some occasional pain twinge, its nothing like before. I also think that it needs something like glucosamine to work best. I have no research to support that but I did notice a difference when I skipped it. I normally don't buy into all this miracle cure crap but as it stands now I am a firm believer.

Next step is to pin my triceps. I have had tendinitis in the lateral head for about 6 months and maybe my traps.

I used it a few months ago for tennis elbow. I’d been in pain for months. No recovery time because I do a physical job where I use my arms all day. I didn’t expect to feel any results for a couple weeks. Like you I was improved after the first shot. A month later I was completely healed. I injected under the skin where the pain was.

I got got mine from a peptide company. They’re not a sponsor here so I won’t name them. I didn’t know about BOP then.
