Hgh
This is For all the hgh gurus. I have been reading and researching and hear that gh will spike your blood sugar levels, and that it will lower it. So which one is it. Reason I ask is that my blood sugar levels are already high. Doc says I'm almost a type 2 diabetic. Not sure what almost means either I am or I'm not. Any input from previous experience would be great.
thank you all

I recently had blood work performed, been running 4iu’s per day for several months and 10iu’s on test day, my fasting blood sugar levels came back within normal range.
Glucose 89mg/dL, Insulin 10.8 uIU/mL, with GH 28.5 ng/mL, IGF-1 631 ng/mL.
It‘s hard to say how an individual’s body may react, if high sugar is already an issue it may be worth the effort to obtain a blood glucose monitor kit ($25) and log your glucose profile along with all intake to see what your fluctuation range is over a day or two. If you decide to bring GH into the mix repeat the log and go from there.
