Exclamation Son of a BITCH that hurt!!!

So, after killing a shoulder / tricep workout today I was pinning my IGF-1 bilaterally, 30mcg each delt with a 1/2" slin pin. First shoulder, no problem. Second shoulder - I don't know what I hit, I'm guessing a nerve, my delt contracted hard. I immediately pulled out, repositioned and pinned. Then I look and the first site had a marble size knot pop up. I'm talking 15-20 seconds and it looked like I had a second head sprouting from my delt!

Here is the weird part, I massaged it, and it went away. I can see a tiny bit of discoloration like a bruise but that's it. WHAT THE HELL WAS IT? I don't want to do that again.
