Insulin protocol
I am fairly new to slin and use Novolin R.
I use 10 -15 iu pre and 10-15 post in th mornings.
I do HIIT cardio and a small muscle group in the evening. I am thinking of using 2-3 iu in the evening.
Is there an issue if I eat 1 hour prior to the 2-3 iu in the evening?

hey Charger! Have you looked into IGF-1 injection before bedtime instead? Heard some great anecdotes regarding its usages

No you’re good but get log humulin r is garbage and nearly impossible to time. You do one thing one day and it’s perfect and you do the same thing tht next and hypo. All other variables the same

Do you feel you get the bang for the buck?
It is pretty expensive.
