      IGF-1

I just saw a video where they stated that there is no proof that IGF-1 promotes an increase.
Does anyone have any studies as to the positive effects of IGF-1?

Are they talking about igf1 that u inject like a peptide or your own igf that you produce?

Obviously there's tons of studies in regards to hgh increasing igf production exogenously inside your body. Igf1 peptide isn't the same thing as igf in your body unless it's increlex which is thousands of dollars per 1 mg. I've never seen any real back up that the igf peptides actually build any muscle like your exgenous igf would. .
