LGD4033 5mg
RAD140 10mg
YK11 4mg
Directions – Take 1 to 2 capsules per day preferably in the morning and if a second dose is required lunchtime or pre-trainig is ideal.

DNM? Who is that? Sublingual? I’m confused but I use MK677 at 30mg and LGD 4033 at 45mg and YK11 at 25mg so whatever is that you’re talking about I just take everything separate.
