berberine vs metformin

Anuone compare the two? I'm really interested in berberine results and what protocol you guys are using. I was thinking about using it on refeed days or a cheat meal. I appreciate the feedback!!

I think you will find that they are about the same. Although using it for spot meals will probably not give you the desired effect. They each need several weeks in the system to be effective. What are you trying to accomplish?

Just to help on refeed days or a cheat meal so the carbs aren't stored as fat

I’ve used both. To be honest I don’t think there’s much of a difference. I usually use berberine because it’s OTC and metformin does have some negative effects on IGF

Ever use it only on refeed days or a cheat meal? What's your protocol on berberin?
