HGH Protocol?
I want to hear how you guys personally approach HGH when starting. Do you ramp up for a few weeks with 1-2 IU'S, then gradually increase the same from there? Or so you start and stop with the same dosage? I've always started with a ramp. 1 IU's for 2-3 weeks, 2 IU's for another 2-3 weeks, etc. And I personally always stay between 4-6 IU's anything over is out of my realm. The CTS gets out of hand, to tired to keep my eyes open, I plain out feel crummy. What about you guys? What worked/works for you?

Last time I ran it I started at 2 and ramped to 4 over 2 months and then ran 4 iu for 4 months.
This time I am goin 3.33/day for 2 weeks then onto 5/day split between 2 doses.

It depends on the Hgh. I played around with all sorts of dosing schedules and landed on 4ius a day once in a single admin sub q in the am fasted.

I’ve done the same and I also prefer to dose all at once in the AM fasted right b4 I do cardio

Yes would absoulty ramp up your dose as you stated. It's a good thing for your beta receptors cause you can build a tolerance. You ever hear guys doing 5 on 5 off its could be for saving money or giving receptors a break for little bit but then again you always wanna keep IGF levels peaked. Multiple shots a day works the best for results and sides. You know why you feel CT? Your taking to much hgh. Everybody reacts different I could take 6iu ED and have no CT which happens often to me and you could take 6iu and its unbearable. Hgh peaks around 2 1/2 hrs after I ejection and decreases around 4 hr mark. I could tell you why you feel tired it's not from the hgh it because when it breaks down through the body goes through liver you trigger a hormone called IGF and then your blood sugar spikes or it could decrease blood sugar. Short term use of hgh lowers blood sugar and long term higher doses raise of sugar and this is why insulin is introduced. You could eat something when you feel tired but idk your diet plan so it gets tricky. You eat 7 times a day? Or 3 times a day? If your blood sugar is high that means your pancreas is over worked and that could causing long term use. I would monitor blood sugar brother there are cheap on amazon cause once your beta receptors are shot your going to have to start taking insulin. I would highly recommend researching hgh side affects brother cause it's something that shouldn't be taken lightly. Could do alot of damage if you dont know what your doing. Also you will know what to do when sides arise and dont have to guess cause it's really an easy fix if you catch it in time. Hope I answered your question I could of went more in depth but just giving you an idea.

If I don't ramp up dosages I will get crazy sides, edema in legs, ankles disappear, bad shit.
Titrate up slowly.

I will not take any credit for this as it was posted a long time ago on a deleted thread by Riggs. I can't imagine there being an issue with reposting since the whole point here is to help people out so here it is.
GH starter "ramp" protocol &
T3/T4 supplementation discussion
4iu's - 5iu's
Start with 1iu for 3 weeks, ramp to 2iu for 3 weeks, 3iu for 3 weeks, 4iufor 3 weeks. 4-5 iu and less for therapeutic benefits and improved AASbenefits. If at any point CTS or swelling is an issue back off 1iu and do a 6week ramp until sides subside. If sides persist go back to dosage that yieldedno sides and ramp at 9 week intervals. The other side is feeling tired, IMOthat's more an issue of timing your dose.
Split am/pm.
Dosing upon waking in a fasted state is best for fat burning, but iffeeling tired is an issue, dose light in the morning and more in the evening;for example, 1iu a.m./3iu p.m. If you don't get too tired after dosing and fatburning is your focus then pinning more iu's in a fasted state upon waking willbe what you want to aim for and in this case 3iu a.m/1iu p.m will do. If I'mnot waking @ 3:30 a.m. for the purpose of fasted cardio, I set my alarm for3a.m., have my pin loaded in my mini fridge by my bed, simply roll over, openthe mini fridge, pin then I'm going right back to sleep. It literally takes meseconds and I'll actually wake just before my alarm goes off cause I'm heavilyanticipating the dose. This way I wake @ 6:30 and my body is already primed andin a fat burning state. Several hours have passed since pining and I can eat agood clean breakfast which I love. In an effort to avoid building insulindesensitization, you'll need forego eating for at least an hour after you dose.So for your p.m. dose, I do my p.m. training, immediately carb up after and Iwait an hour and a half to pin my evening dose.
CTS - numbness/tingling in the hands
The ramp protocol is a slow one but I assure you if you get hit withintense CTS (numbness & tingling in your hands) you'll wish you had takenthe ramp route. I've got friends who we're accustomed to the high oil volume ofAAS and, in looking at a mere 4iu's, decided to jump in and go straight to 2iumorning/2iu night. Well one of them is still experiencing CTS to this day. SoIME if you dive in too quickly the sides can be very persistent whereas withthe ramp protocol I've never had anyone come back to me complaining about sidesthat persisted past the point of the increased 9 week ramp. It's obvious to methat the point in starting with GH is allowing the body time to adapt and stayingahead of the sides. GH is not like AAS guys. It's very potent and has aprofound affect on our body. The first time you see 4iu's your gonna do what weall do and say "seriously that's it?" To this day it's hard for me tograsp the potency of GH.
Bac water -
I use a 23g pin and draw 1cc of Bac water. I add 1cc of air to the pin so Ihave a total of 2cc in the pin...1cc of Bac water and 1cc of air to equal outthe pressure in the GH vial. Now take the vial of powder GH and turn it at anangle so you can poke the pin through the rubber top at an angle so the needleis against the glass. DO NOT ALLOW THE BAC WATER TO SPRAY DIRECTLY ON THEPOWDER! ANGLE THE NEEDLE ON THE GLASS. Now with 1cc Bac water added, you have10iu of reconstituted GH and each line on a 1cc/ml pin is 1iu. Now the powdermight not completely dissolve but DO NOT SHAKE THE VIAL IT WILL DESTROY THE GH.Simply place the vial between your hands and slowly roll your hands back andforth. It might take a few minutes but will eventually completely dissolve.Make sure ALL the powder is dissolved and reconstituted.
Administering you're GH subq
You want to follow the same cleaning process used in pinning AAS. I simplypinch some fat one inch away from my belly button and it's that simple. Somewill say you must pin at a slight angle but I just go straight in and I'm g2g.It's very common to get a small lump right where you pin and this will subsidemomentarily. IMO there's no need to aspirate when pining subq. Again some willswear you must but I've never had an issue or had anyone I've coached have anissue either.
T3/T4 supplementation
<6iu's.
Under 6 iu's I don't supplement with T4. Based on my bloods I've alwaysbeen within a range I'm ok with and was happy with my recomp. We all aredifferent tho so I'll express my position in more detail. Just know if youchoose to supplement with T3/T4 bloods are a must otherwise you're at risk oflosing valuable lean muscle mass.
T4 naturally converts to T3 in the case of a deficit. Exogenous GH willcause T4 to T3 conversion to accelerate. If you supplement with T3, it caneasily get too high causing you to cannibalize valuable lean muscle and flattenyou out. Therefore IMO supplementing T4 is more synergistic with exogenous GH.You'll see guys on GH have low T4 levels and elevated T3 so cover the lowermarker and your g2g. Now if your doing a show and need to make weight then Ican see the logic behind keeping T3 higher but for the average hobbyist IMO itscounterproductive and wastes valuable lean muscle mass. I'm not a competitornor am I referring to the needs of a competitor. I'm targeting the averagehobbyist with this protocol because it's what I know.

That's not my comfort zone so I'll stay away from this and let someone elsechime in. But I would assume that T3 supplementation is encouraged. Look whendiscussing typical ranges this can vary quite a bit so keep that in mind.Normal serum T3 levels (not free) are usually somewhere around 25 but can rangeall the way to 180 so I'd think that starting at 12.5 and ramping by 12.5 eachweek til reaching 37.5 would work. The key is doing your bloodwork especiallyif you surpass the 6iu marker. But again I'm a below 6iu guy so take mycomments on this part lightly.

Those sides are with any brand hgh you run? Or are these sides dose dependent. I did get the shrek fingers lol and swollen ankles about 4-5 weeks into my first kit I ever ran and about a month after that those sides subsided and never had them since. I just started back up couple days ago so we will see what happens.
