Ok then what are the general numbers you want to be at for muscle growth. Or just leaning out and burning fat? I can’t find that anywhere. I’ll there is out there is just info telling you how much to take with no data to back it up.
Normal range is 50-230 which I know is a really wide ass range. The higher the better. Your liver produces IGF-1 so taking HGH signals the production of IGF-1 but your liver is the thing that actually produces it and everyone's body and chemistry is going to respond differently. Personally, I'd be super happy in the 400-500 range.
