First Time IGF-LR3
What's up bros... going to be giving IGF-1LR3 a go for the first time and i was wondering if you guys had some protocol recommendations how many carbs should be ingested with use and any overall feedback and or experience with this peptide... from what i read it's application seems most beneficial for local site enhancement for weak point perhaps.... anyway let's shoot the shit.

I don't change diet but I sight inject 50mcg bilaterally post work out.

I have read alot on IGF-LR3 and have ordered some for myself, I got sent a pamphlet on it too. with LR3 because of the long half life (20hours) you do not need to site inject lagging area... this is from what i have been told & read IGF-DES is the one that is good for that. I am on day 4 no change to diet but notice slight changes. Also using 5iu of HGH X6 days a week, IGF-LR3 50mcg a day 25mcg after the gym, and then 25mcg before bed. I find it works well. HGH & LR3 make me hungry as fuck just a warning. If you want the photo of the LR3 protocol let me know i will chuck it up here. This advice is only from what i have read & been told, in no way am i saying this is correct but i trust my source

With the long half life of lr3 u do not have to sight inject I just prefer to have to copound in the muscle I just worked as soon as possible & as long as possible & imo sight injecting does both.
