Thread: hgh testing for igf and serum levels

So is an IGF test really end all be all to see how good your HGH is? I see people literally having lil spikes to even no spikes in IGF, but serum seems to be good; they eventually get all the side effects of GH, so I was wondering if that really determines if your HGH is real? I mean I remember watching something, I think it was Ameen Alai and he was saying something about GH peptides could be put in instead which can spike IGF level and show positive increase in GH serum.

IMO its the best way the average individual has to determine the potency of GH.

Yea they can put a molecule in to spike gh serum levels. I been buying green tops and now that I read about hgh degrading in heat I don’t think I’ll buy anymore. Think about this it got shipped from China to your supplier then it gets shipped in mail to you not cold. Every day it’s not in fridge it gets less and less. Oh and it could have sat in customs for weeks in the heat. I will not buy anymore unless it’s made in America pharmacy brand and shipped overnight on ice.
