First time with HGH at 65y/o
After diligent research I have decided to give HGH a try at the tender age of 65! I have used gear for many years and still do low dose 300mg weekly injections of TE. I did bloodwork 3 weeks ago, liver still good, but was amazed how deficient my GH and IGF-1 levels were. Haven't learned how to post a copy of the labs, but they are:
IGF-1....69ng/ml
GH....0.082ng/ml
AST 30
ALT 27
Estradiol 37
I even did tumor markers just for surveillance:
CEA 0.9 (ref 0.5-3.8)
PSA 1.19 ref (0.0-4.0)
So, here I go. How long should I wait to check IGF-! levels? I would like to get around 300 if possible, but plan on low dose starting at 2iu 5/7 days then up to 4iu. if I feel I need to. Just want overall well feeling and burn some fat.
Thanks

You can wait 4 weeks to be safe to test IGF1, it sounds unlikely you increase your IGF over 200ng/ml with only 2IU 5/7 days, yet believing the blood tests around, different folks get different results. Different HGh give different results as well...
Good luck

From all the research I’ve seen, accurate igf levels will take 28 days if you’re using hgh for the first time.

Thanks for the feedback guys. I'll wait a month and see where I'm at and ramp it up if need be.

Glad to see you're still killing it at 65 years old. Respect.

65 is the new 50 if you train and keep your diet on point. I see so many folks each day that seriously look like they are pushing 65-70 and I come to find out there are 50-55 yo's! The vast majority of people are in terrible shape, overweight/obese and they don't even realize what it's doing to their health and overall sense of wellbeing.
I salute you for keeping up the work brother! We will all be joining you at 65 soon enough!
