Tingles In fingers and arm pain
So I’m getting the tingles in the fingers which I know is a side of the hgh, But at night I’m waking up with pain in my forearms with my hands feeling like I was sleeping on them. I know this can also be a side but it’s pretty painful. Does this normally subside? I’ve been doing 4iu a day since July and this happening just started happening not to long ago. Thoughts? Inputs? Anyone else experience this on 4iu a day??

Yes sir I experienced the very same on that same dose... it was actually on a certain brand...
I bought a new bed though, while still using that particular brand and it relieved the pressure put on my arms I ended up sleeping on and the pain in everything but the numb right hand went away... sides will eventually go away I hear... so far it has been morphing into different phases... but definitely not as bad as it was when I first started.

I've been getting that every morning when I wake up. Entire arms are numb. Not painful, but kinda uncomfortable for a few seconds. I'm currently at 3.33 IU

ok at least I’m not the only one I just got in a different brand so maybe when I switch it will subside a bit, the tingles I can deal with but the waking up from the pain in my arms is a bit much

I know taking vitamin B6 helped lessen the sides as well... not get rid of them, but definitely helped lessen the intensity

good idea I’ll try this out also, I’m sure it will go away after a while that is the only time it bothers me, during the day I have some tingles here and there but nothing that’s over the top

Also from running my own experiment I’ve tried it at different times of the day and 4-6 am gives me virtually nothing compared to dosing say when I was working out at 3 and taking it post workout in he evenings that was brutal even at 2 iu as far as the sides go

What dosage is considered to be therapeutic for the "tingles"? Just bear in mind that more is not better when it come to B6.
Best time to take Vitamin B6: Morning - early afternoon to avoid vivid dreams; preferably with food. |
