Hang your hand off side of bed when sleeping... it helps some.
Some of us, our thyroid gets suppressed more than others.
I myself was one of those people, my thyroid was really suppressed at hgh 3iu and up!! I was tired I couldn't keep my eyes open especially during peak levels after hgh dosing. I would go cross eyed doing paperwork and wish I can take a nap...
I had bloat everywhere and had to drop all bulking gear.
I switched to test, primo, mast, Anavar. I got on the thyroid t3/t4 careful and everything cleared. I also used 1 round of prednisone I had left over from.....only 15mg a day helped of prednisone.
I used t3/t4 for a length of time because I had a cut to make and decided i wanted hgh in protocol. More than once I got off hgh and had same thyroid suppression getting back on and needed t3/t4. The first time was iffy, the second I knew I needed it when symptoms started and they were severe like photos... I adjusted and was able stay on hgh and drop t3/t4, weaned off them...
Fine now...
It's almost like my thyroid and body adjusted to hgh without suppression of thyroid or that my thyroid came back and is putting out much more than before....
It's a choice we all Gotta make depending on situations. Some guys I have heard needed to get on thyroid replacement after starting hgh..
I wonder how that works because hgh will cause low t4 and t3 on labs but instead of high TSH (like with thyroid problems) TSH is low because problem is from suppressed pituitary TSH signalling...
Maybe they diagnose that way but it's less common so Dr must be Leary of HGH use??

The first pick looks a lot worse than the seconds. Gh def makes you retain fluid. Maybe you can take a water pill if you have one. I am new to gh but it’s funny. Last night after I responded to your post yesterday my ring and pinky fingers on my right hand and my wrist where killing me. Throbbing. Then it subsided after a couple of hrs. I would back it down to 2iu a day for a week or two then bump it a little every week. See how that goes.
