      Haha yeah the RIP stack is awesome. If fat loss is your goal definitely break it up into two shots. 4 iu is a decent dose for pharma gh as well

      What's your meal placement post injection look like? If I remember correctly there is research that shows an increase of fat storage possible when eatting immediately post injection....but thats at very large dosages

      Yes, you are correct as far as individuals go and experimenting with what works best for each person. I was just giving a general guideline as to the amount that he is doing.
      I do one of my injections first thing in the morning and at least an hour before any meal.

      I agree with the water retention that will subside. Curious on your advice about the dosing. Heard first thing am fasted and Post workout for fat and recovery etc GH does.

      Yeah low dose gh is outstanding for fat loss even at only 2 or 3 iu daily.

      a set up like 1 or 2 iu in the am immediately followed by like 30 minutes of fasted cardio and then the other daily dose of 1 or 2 ius at bedtime.

      Fyi if ur doing a low dose of 2 or 3 ius daily and using it for fat loss purposes and fasting for 1 to 1.5 hrs after injection and able to fast for a minimum of 1 to 1.5 hrs before injecting gh peptides is a great option that I don't see alot of guys use.

      Sermorelin (a combination of ghrp2 and ghrps) is shown to be capable of indogenously producing the same lvls that actual gh produces....but at less than half the cost.

      Just a thought.

      That reminds me. I've got a crap load of actual pharma sermorelin I was thinking of putting up for sale on the itrader thread.

      I haven't done it yet cuz everyone just seems to go str8 for the more expensive gh so it might not sell.

      Just a moderate dose of TestP, MastP, TrenA Blend 300mg/ml (100mgs of each) 3x / wk..M,W,F...Diet is lean and clean. Mostly chicken, fish and veggies. Carbo Loading on rice and potatoes every 4th day...plenty of protein shakes ed as well...

      For what it’s worth on the gh/insulin belly issue... it’s more so a myth. Unless you’re genetically predisposed to sides from either then you’re not going to get the fabled ‘gh gut.’

      What actually causes this distorted belly is from eating excess amounts of foods to ‘get big’ without worrying about digestion/absorption. In turn from slamming copious amounts of food somewhat recklessly the stomach gets distended and that’s the culprit of the ‘gh gut.’

      Best example I can give is imagine how you feel after a big cheat meal or just a huge caloric meal in general.. you immediately have a good baby and your stomach is sticking out. Now imagine doing that for 6-10 meals a day, everyday. What do you visual will happen to your gut? It will be distended and blown out. You can do this without gh or insulin just using the monicker eat big to get big.. there’s an asterisk to that which most miss. Which is eat as much as your body can absorb and digest while being in a surplus to grow. If you fast track that and just slam huge amounts of food without proper tapering up of calories while paying attention to gut health/function then you’ll have gut distention.

      Sure most of these guys are on slin and gh because that’s the norm of today’s protocols to become a mass monster. But I guarantee you guys from the golden era were only eating a third if that of what these guys are eating.. hope that makes sense and explains what actually causes ‘gh belly.’

      Glad that provides clarity for you man. I use slin and gh and do not have a gh gut by any means. I also know several other bodybuilders amateurs and pros who use slin and gh without the distended gut as well.

      I’ll also put money down that most classic physique and regular men’s physique amateurs/pros use gh at the very least, some slin and none of them have blown out guts. As I mentioned in my previous post the real culprit is eating too much food without paying attention to gut function and health. As well as absorption of food being ingested. In this game for quality it’s a marathon, not a sprint. Those who try to fast track it either ruin their physiques or their health or both.

      And thank you brother I appreciate the regards. Doing my best to rep for Pomp and the hood as well
