I’ll also put money down that most classic physique and regular men’s physique amateurs/pros use gh at the very least, some slin and none of them have blown out guts. As I mentioned in my previous post the real culprit is eating too much food without paying attention to gut function and health. As well as absorption of food being ingested. In this game for quality it’s a marathon, not a sprint. Those who try to fast track it either ruin their physiques or their health or both.

Too add to Primes message. The differences between todays bodybuilders and the stars of the past is almost night and day, both in the amounts and quality of food and drug use. In some cases, you have guys that most would have considered pencil neck geeks without drugs jumping up to 300 lb monsters. I gave all this shit up after my masters win at 40. I could not compete in the overall with the young bucks because of their shear size but you could tell by looking at them that there was no muscle maturity. Blow up quick by taking huge amounts of gh and gear but they will also loose it. Disteneded guys and bitch tits seem to be the norm now. Look at the old pics or Arnold and you can tell he got his muscle mass from training, not taking too much gear. To me, that is much more appealing....but hey I'm an old man now......

Yeah papa. Physiques from the old days, (Zane is always the first to come to mind), etc are what I'm going for. More natural and not so freaky IMHO...Glad I'm not the only old man around here...

If I may chime in. Doing doses right before bed defeats the purpose of you own production of GH during sleep, does it not? I’ve been coached to do one dose first thing am 30-40 minutes prior to eating and again post workout if you do a mid to late day workout. Different strokes I guess.

Yeah. I've heard that. I have been doing a 2iu shot before bed this past week or so and seeing good results though. I think? Would like to hear more input on the issue. I will try the post workout shot and see how that works as well. Thanx NM Pitbull.

Hey bro,
Ive used GH for 6 years straight. Started with 2IU a day and increased to 4 IUs. Never got the belly bloath from the GH. The pros with GH bellies, if thats what the big guts were caused by, were using 20 or more IUs a day. 4 IUs is nowhere near that. But Im pretty sure if you cut alll yogurt and dairy you will lose the bloath, I get very bloathed from yogurt and cheeses, regardless what Im running, tren, clen, winny doesnt matter dairy is bad
