I’ve had two igf-1 tests come back high 100s low 200s and it’s occurring to me now that maybe I was INCORRECT in assuming the timing did not matter.

Hgh serum is taken exactly 3 hours after injection to catch the peak. Usually people have the igf done at the same time.
My two lab tests for *only* igf were done at 6pm, about 12 hours after injection. I’ve eaten throughout those days as well... didn’t think either of those things would be a factor at all considering igf is a slow moving marker.

In hindsight, would my igf likely have been 300-400 (where it should be with 4iu Ansomone) if I had the bloodwork done at 3 hours and fasted? Or the same regardless?

I will be having another test done in a few weeks and I’ll be sticking to the 3h timeframe even for the igf test. Can’t help but feel it’s still going to be underwhelming though. (No sides to speak of)
